Fees
Fees are determined by mutual agreement between you and Dumitru & Partners and stated in the contract of legal assistance. Your representation in the court of law or the settlement of your legal problems may involve some other expenses added to the fee of attorney (such as: travel expenses, acts translations etc.).
Dumitru & Partners will always try to minimize the costs and assure you of high quality legal services.
The method of determining the fee is adjusted to the type of client: individuals or legal persons.
A. For individuals, the fees will be determined depending on:
– difficulty, extent or duration of the dispute;
– working time and complexity of legal studies involved in the execution of the received mandate or the activity requested by the client;
– the nature and novelty of the case;
– the deadlines in which CAVD has to act in order to ensure high quality and competitive legal services.
B. For legal persons:
Fees for legal persons will be calculated taking into account, in addition to the principles set out above, the opportunity to develop relationships with you and the possibility of making it permanent, or to develop high complexity collaborations.
To accommodate the needs of your companies, the need of a quick respond, of stability in the business relations, including relations with the law office that provide legal consultancy services, our law office will offer you three types of subscriptions, each including a package of default. Of course, nothing stops us to add others activities and provide a package of legal services adapted to the needs of your company, setting the fee accordingly.
This form of collaboration is ideal for companies which want to receive preventive or reparatory legal advice in their current commercial activities. Each of the three types of subscription offers a discount to the usual costs of legal services rendered.
BRONZE CARD
It is proper for small businesses, small number of employees, family businesses or those involving a restricted activity. Dumitru & Partners lawyers provide analysis for legal problems of Bronze Card holders, giving them the best solutions to solve them. The Bronze subscription includes: monthly 5 working hours of our lawyers, consisting of:
Professional legal advice;
Drawing up papers and documents;
Writing legal opinions;
SILVER CARD
Such subscription was created for small and medium-sized companies, which have a complex activity facing different problems in their everyday activity. Solving these problems requires support and assistance of a lawyer. This subscription consists of 10 hours of legal activity per month undertaken for the benefit of clients. It includes a wider range of services:
Legal advice;
Preparation and presentation of legal opinions;
Analysis of the client trade relations, writing and adaptation of contracts used;
Drawing up model contracts and other documents necessary in the current activity;
Assisting clients in the negotiation of contracts and conciliation of disputes;
Trust services;
GOLD CARD
It is designed for medium and large businesses, offering complex legal services for companies, which need nor just legal advice but also legal representation in the court. Additional expenses of processes in which the company is involved are limited to the success fee. Gold membership includes 15 hours of legal assistance per month and a range of services covering most of the legal needs of companies, associations, foundations, institutions etc.
Legal advice;
Preparation and presentation of legal opinions;
Analysis of the client trade relations, writing and adaptation of contracts used;
Drawing up model contracts and other documents necessary in the current activity;
Assisting and representing the client in contracts’ negotiations, litigations conciliations, mediations and intermediations;
Trust services;
Representation in the the Court of International Commercial Arbitration attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania and other courts of arbitration;
Representation in the trial court.
